Title: Constant nonlocal mean curvature Delaunay cylinders induced by a general kernel.
Abstract: By perturbing a straight infinite cylinder in the plane and adequately using the Implicit Function Theorem for Banach Spaces we prove the existence of a family of surfaces emanating from said cylinder which all have constant nonlocal mean curvature induced by a certain fixed anisotropic kernel.
